Availability is limited, so we encourage you to complete your reservation on the website as early as possible. The hotel reservation system will be closed at 5:30 PM on May 22nd of 2026. The organizing committee have pre-selected rooms in Crowne Plaza Chengdu West and Holiday Inn Chengdu High-Tech Center at competitive prices.

1. Hotel reservation is offered only online through the home page ‘Accommodation’. 

2. The hotel's contracted price is only valid during the conference period, that: from May 29th (check-in date) to May 31st (check-out date).

3. Specific process: Enter the hotel reservation page - Select the room type - Select check-in and check-out date - Confirm and submit - Confirm hotel information and pay the reservation deposit to secure the room(if there are any special requirements, please fill in) - Confirm and submit.

4. Each attendee is entitled to reserve one hotel room only. If you are booking a standard room and sharing it with a colleague, please make sure to clearly note the information of the person you will be sharing with.

5. If your travel plans change before the conference, please notify the conference secretariat and cancel your booking no later than 5:30 PM on May 22nd.

6. Upon check-in, please present a valid government-issued photo ID and settle payment for your room stay. The accommodation invoice will be issued by the hotel at check-out.
