Plenary Lecture: 40 min (5 min Q&A included)
Keynote Lecture: 30 min (5 min Q&A included)
Invited Lecture: 20 min (5 min Q&A included)
Oral Lecture: 15 min (3 min Q&A included)
Poster Presentation: 4:30-6:20 PM, May 30, 2026

Format for presentation: PDF slides or 16:9 ratio PowerPoint for Windows.

To avoid the rush of the presentation setup and wasting time, you are strongly advised to check the compatibility of your PPT presentation file by bring a copy of your presentation on USB storage device to load to the symposium computer at least 2 hours before your presentation or the day before in case of first morning sessions. Our staff there will help you to make sure all fonts and/or audio/video clips are working properly.

Posters must be prepared in English and be in the format 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height), please post the posters according to the numbering, and tapes will be provided. Please mount your poster on the corresponding board marked with your poster number. The presenting author should be available near his/her poster during the allocated poster session (4:30-6:20 PM, May 30, 2026) for discussions with reviewers and interested colleagues. Please make sure your posters are set up and removed during designated times. Posters that are not removed during the designated time will be considered abandoned.

Removal Time: After 12:00 on Sunday, May 31, 2026
★ Poster presenters are kindly asked to prepare their posters and be present on time for the scheduled poster session.
★ Plenary, keynote, and invited speakers, along with other distinguished experts, will visit the poster area for discussion. We encourage you to take this opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions and share your findings.
The organization committee will select outstanding poster presenters and they wil be honored as “Outstanding Poster Award”, which will be announced at the closing ceremony.
